No one can buy this kind of recognition

Pinellas County’s Purchasing Department has much to be proud of, as it was awarded the prestigious 18th annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award from the National Procurement Institute. Pinellas was one of 43 counties nationally – and one of six Florida counties – to obtain an award-winning score from judges, who looked at innovation, professionalism, e-procurement, productivity and leadership.
