Heritage Village Closed
The living history museum will be closed starting today through Aug. 28 as crews work to remove pine trees that have over grown in some areas of the 21-acre park. Click here to find out more.

Gets the Basics on Sign Language

Two levels of Sign Language are offered Wednesday at the Largo Library, 120 Central Park Drive.

Basic Sign Language: The 10-week course meets at 6 p.m. and includes basic sign language vocabulary, daily phrases and facts about the deaf community and culture. 

Intermediate Sign Language: More advanced sign language learners can develop their sign language conversations, tell American Sign Language stories, and skits during the 10-week course that meets at 7 p.m.

Open House Luau 
Enjoy tropical fruit drinks, foods including kebobs, games, dancing and music by Bernie Early at the Open House Luau at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, at the Grand Villa of Largo, 750 Starkey Road. Come out and Find out more about the open house here.
