 minars at PCHAs Central Office located at 11479 Ulmerton Road in Largo. 
 The two-part seminar series will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tues
 day\, July 24th and from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday\, July 31st\, 201

  how to complete a budget plan based on household income and monthly exp
 enses. The budgeting seminars are for anyone who desires to save money a
 nd gain better control over their finances.&nbsp\;\nThese seminars will

 save on costly car repairs\ntake vacations for next to nothing\nstrength
