Gyotaku is a traditional form of Japanese fish printing or rubbing, originally used by fishermen to accurately record their catches, organizers say.

Greg Aragon, a Master Gyotaku artist and captain at the Center for Fishing's marine institute, presents a step-by-step demonstration, including techniques and secrets learned from 20 years of experience.
