2. Chase West Bay

3. Clearwater Ice Arena

- Interior renovations and additions to ice arena
4. Crossroads Master Infrastructure Plan
- US 19 & Roosevelt Blvd.
- Master infrastructure plan for two phase project including Walmart, apartments, and bus transfer station
5. Dollar General

- Proposed 9,100 square-foot retail store
6. Gateway North

- Proposed 342-unit apartment complex
7. Largo Skate Park
