Weekend Things to Do: April 13-15

Dexter McCluster Youth Football Clinic and more this weekend.

1. Movies in the Park. Grab a blanket and head to Friday night. Enjoy aquatic themed activities at 7 p.m. Then Dolphin Tale , which starts at dusk, shares the story of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium's beloved dolphin "Winter."

The Concessions are available or bring your own snacks. Parking is available on site.

2. Turtle Trot 5K. Run with the turtles and help . The race will start and finish at McGough Nature Park, 11901 146th St N, Largo. The run will begin at 8 a.m. with on-site registration beginning at 6:45 a.m.

3. Largo Open-Air Market. The grand opening of is Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the . Vendors will sell local produce, artisan foods, arts & crafts and more. On opening day there will be live entertainment, clowns, face painting, and cooking demonstrations. The market will be open every Saturday through June 9.

4. Youth Football Clinic. A Largo native and current NFL player will share the importance of hard work and reaching goals with local youth. The 2nd Annual is Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The free clinic will be at the , 1640 McMullen Rd.

5. Sundays in Belleair. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of music with family and friends Sunday from 4:30 until 8:30 p.m. The Beatlemania Magic Concert is at the Dimmitt Community Center, 918 Osceola Rd, Belleair. Gates open at 4:30 p.m., concert starts at 5:15 p.m. Cost is $5 in advance, $10 day of concert. Call (727) 518-3728 for more information.
