Wawa is coming to the Largo area.

Have you seen the Wawa sign on U.S. 19 in Pinellas Park near 62nd Avenue? That new Wawa is expected to open in the first quarter of 2013, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Another Pinellas Park Wawa is planned for Gandy Boulevard.

In Largo, Wawa plans an Ulmerton Road location. That project on 11 acres is in the planning stages, according the city's community development department Web site.

The popular Philadelphia-based gas and convenience store opened several Orlando-area locations recently and will be coming next year to the Tampa Bay area, according to the Wawa website.
