Harley (#293516) is a six-year-old beagle who will get your motor running!  He’s a friendly pup whose former owner’s daughter was allergic to him. Total bummer, but their loss can be your gain. Harley knows commands very well and is going to make someone a great family friend. Hit the highway and come visit him at Animal Services.
