Transient Charged With Attempted Murder in Butcher Knife Stabbing
Edward Daniel Curran, 24, got into an argument with an unidentified victim at a Largo home and stabbed the person repeatedly with a butcher knife, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
A transient from Largo has been charged with attempted murder after he repeatedly stabbed a victim with a butcher knife, the Tampa Bay Times reports, citing the Largo Police Department.
Edward Daniel Curran, 24, got into an argument with the unidentified victim, Largo Police reported.
According to the Times' story:
Curran struck the victim on the head several times with a glass ashtray at a Largo house, left, and then returned with a large butcher knife, police said. He then stabbed the victim in the back, shoulder, arm and head, according to police.
Curran fled the scene but was later arrested, the Times reports.
He was booked into Pinellas County Jail and charged with attempted first-degree murder and resisting an officer without violence. Curran is awaiting trial.

i am sure eddie is going to suffer enough where he is at now. and what ever he may have done to make you angry rest assured that he is getting what deserves on that note he does have a family that probably reads these posts and as much as you dislike eddie out of respect you should gloat a little less rudely calling people bastards at the top of your lungs even in typing is childish and if your son or daughter was in the same situation, i am sure you would not appreciate durogatory statments being made publicly. i dont know eddie but i know that ignorance often comes out of anger try not to let your anger get the best of you and talk like a lady tracy not some 15 yo school girl looking for a fight your better than that thanks tracy

Nick you have no idea what you are talking about. Like you said you don't know Eddie, so why would you defend a man whom you don't even know? I am not a "15 year old school girl looking for a fight" I am 40-something year old very educated mother of a son who was repeatedly molested by Eddie. My son nearly lost his life as a result of the horrific things Eddie did to him. I have nothing against Eddie's family and I do not hold them responsible for what their monster of a son did to my innocent child.
As far as I am concerned Eddie will never, as you say in your post "suffer enough". Eddie Curran murdered who my son could have been, we will NEVER know our son's potential due to the horrific things he survived. He is healing a little each day but it is still a struggle for all of us. So you see Nick be careful before you speak and defend people like Eddie Curran, he does not deserve yours or anyone else's defense, he deserves any and ALL bad things that come his way. And for his final judgment he will finally pay the appropriate price, one that only God can decide and I trust in Him to bring down a judgement that fits the crime. Thank you.
