Local Synchronized Swim Team Heads to Nationals

The Waterworks swim team, which practices at Southwest Pool, leave for the national championships on June 26.

Waterworks, a local competitive synchronized swim team, is in the final days of training for the national championships. Their coach, Susan Comerford, has set up a rigorous training program and has high hopes of bringing home the national title.

The team will compete at the eSynchro Age Group Nationals  being held on the campus of  Miami University  in Oxford, Ohio.

Members of the ages 18-19 team are Gabby Andolino, Jules Smith, Sarah Cooke, Shea Soulierre, Ciana Miller, Marissa Foreit, Kaelyn Madden, Kimberly Goyack.

Member of the ages 13-15 team are Alison Antanasio, Samantha Swift, Kayla Zavac, Cara Madden. Assistant coaches are Erin Ritz and Andrea Patterson.
