Largo Police and FBI Make Child Pornography Arrest
An investigation into the receipt and transmission of child pornography led detectives to Roy Timothy Blanchard Jr.'s home.
Roy Timothy Blanchard Jr. has been charged with possession of child pornography after Largo Police and the FBI found 18 videos and 27 images of child porn in his home.
An investigation into the receipt and transmission of child pornography by detectives led them to Blanchard’s home.
Largo detectives with the assistance of the FBI executed a search warrant on Blanchard’s residence in the 1200 block of Balboa Circle about 7 a.m. Wednesday, officials said.

They found 18 videos and 27 images of child pornography inside Blanchard’s home. Blanchard, 46, was charged with one count of promotion of child pornography and transmission of child pornography, and 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
He was being held at the Pinellas County Jail with bail set at $65,000.
