Indian Rocks Beach Woman Sexually Assaulted Minor While Boyfriend Watched

An Indian Rocks Beach woman sexually assaulted a 15-year-old teen while her boyfriend watched.
Lori Ann Elliott, 41, and her boyfriend, Patrick Edward Carson, 45, were watching after the teenager last Friday when the couple began giving the minor alcohol until the teen was incapacitated, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Elliott performed a sexual act on the teenager while Carson watched, according to the St. Petersburg Times report.
Pinellas County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Eliott and Carson Wednesday around 4:43 a.m. while investigating a domestic abuse call to their residence at 701 Gulf Blvd. unit 5 in Indian Rocks Beach.
Elliott is charged with sexual battery. Her bond is $150,000. As of Oct. 14 Elliot's commesary balance is $210.89.
Carson is charged with child neglect, obstructing or resisting an officer and being a principal to a crime in the first-degree.
They are currently being held at Pinellas County Jail.
