Greater Largo Little League Seniors Play in Championship Game Tuesday
The winner of the game heads to the Little League World Series on Friday in Maine.
The Greater Largo Senior Little League team is one win away from the Little League World Series. The championship game is Tuesday (Aug. 7) in Viera at 10:30 a.m. Largo will face a team from the greater Melbourne area.

In Monday's (Aug. 6) semi-final game the Largo area team won 6-3 against a team from South Carolina.
This past weekend's Southeast Regional Tournament near Melbourne included teams from Florida, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia. All weekend the teams played in pool play against one another.
"It's been an unbelievable run. Each year for the last several years, we have gone one step further," said Greater Largo Coach Bob Gibree.
