Customer Urinates on Floor, Refuses to Pay $35 Bar Tab, Police Say
The Largo Police Department was called Thursday afternoon when a customer refused to pay his bill at the Fat Cat Tavern in Clearwater.
Three Largo Police Department officers found Mark Anthony Brienza, 46, sitting at a table at Fat Cat Tavern on U.S. 19 in Clearwater on Thursday afternoon.
The problem: Brienza allegedly would not pay his $35 tab.
Instead, when asked to pay up he reportedly urinated on the bar's floor, said Largo Police Lt. Mike Loux.
According to officers, Brienza got louder, refused to walk with officers, spit, and ended up kicking an officer in the groin, Loux said.
Brienza, of Dunedin, was arrested on charges of petit theft, disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and an outstanding warrant from Hillsborough County for possession of cocaine. He was held at the Pinellas County Jail on total bond of $10,400.

Mark has been arrested 18 times in the last 6 years in Pinellas county alone, mainly for possession of crack cocaine. He is a nuisance and should be put away for 5 to 7 years. I have from pretty solid sources that he actually was trying to smoke crack one day the home his Father left him and did not have any ash to put on the can, so he raided the Urn which contained his father's ashes and used his father's ashes to smoke crack. He is lower than low. He also got his son involved in crack when his son was just a teenager. At one time he had it all, beautiful wife and child, home that he owned out right and a decent job and pissed it all away on crack.

Most drinking establishments will hold a credit card when they allow someone to run a tab. I wonder why this place didn't. Paying his bar tab would have been a lot cheaper.
