A Largo office building that houses many businesses, including Wells Fargo and Keller Williams Realty, was evacuated Wednesday morning due to a chemical leak, according to a report from the Tampa Bay Times.
The leak, according to the report, was started after an air conditioner repairman broke a coolant line.
Largo Fire Rescue Division Chief of Logistics Joseph Pennino said an emergency call was placed around 9 a.m. after two workers in an equipment room on the eighth floor of the building at 801 W Bay Drive split a copper refrigerant line as one of them tightened a valve.
Employees were able to re-enter the building around 11 a.m. and no injuries were reported, the Times reported.

It was quite a scene at the tallest building around this morning. Glad no one was hurt. Largo doesn't get much action anyway.
