Boy Scout Troop 417 held a Court of Honor on September 6, 2012.
A Boy Scout Court of Honor is a public ceremony designed to give formal recognition to both scouts and leaders of the troop, while providing incentive for advancement. It is also an opportune time to describe the importance of the program to family and friends.
